Responsibilities - Deliver multiple projects from initiation to closure with clear sponsorship
- Establish CDM, safety, health and environmental and contractor control requirements
- Build and lead teams of direct and subcontracted resources
- Manage stakeholder expectations and project objectives
- Prepare scope docs and lead contractor selection and engagement
- Maintain cost plans, apply value engineering, and forecast cash flow
- Develop and manage a compliant contractor database
- Lead installation and commissioning of food and drink processing equipment
- Coordinate delivery timelines with wider business operations
Key requirements - Strong engineering background with experience leading complex site‑based projects
- Knowledge of safety, health and environmental legislation, CDM, and contractor control
- Ability to manage cost, risk, and change across the project lifecycle
- Commercial awareness with experience controlling budgets and forecasting spend
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation and risk management
- Clear, confident communicator with stakeholder influence; strong collaboration and negotiation skills
