Overview In this role you will lead interdisciplinary clinical studies, ensuring GCP, SOPs and regulatory adherence while acting as the primary liaison with clients. You will drive study delivery, manage timelines and budget, and maintain study information across systems. You’ll prepare management reports, assess risks, and foster client relationships to enable future business. Responsibilities - Lead and deliver clinical studies, ensuring GCP/SOP/regulatory compliance
- Serve as the main liaison between company and customer throughout study lifecycle
- Oversee timelines, budget, and study deliverables; manage study conduct partners
- Maintain quality and completeness of TMF and study information in relevant databases
- Participate in bid defense meetings and line-manage junior PMs or clinical staff if required
- Prepare PM reports for clients and management; present findings in internal/external meetings
- Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to achieve study goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new/add-on business
- Coordinate project plans and ensure readiness for inspections and regulatory reviews
- Contribute to development and implementation of study plans and recruitment strategies
- Manages cross-functional teams to ensure timely study launches and closeouts
Key requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or equivalent
- CRO experience and relevant therapeutic exposure preferred
- Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational, time management and independent working skills
- Direct therapeutic area expertise and willingness to adopt new technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both written and spoken
- Ability to travel ~25%
