Overview In this Project Manager role at Gallup, you’ll lead and orchestrate complex client engagements, creating delivery structures and momentum while developing deep client relationships and commercial acumen. You will balance delivery excellence with strategic advisory and account growth, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure predictable outcomes. Responsibilities - Design delivery structures to create clarity and accountability across complex engagements
- Develop integrated project plans, coordinate resources, and manage milestones and timelines
- Own client accounts with delivery and advisory responsibilities and drive account growth
- Establish governance, decision-making frameworks, and communication plans for stakeholders
- Monitor project health, scope, budget, and risks and mitigate proactively
- Coordinate collaboration across consulting, research, and operations to sustain momentum and client experience
- Build trusted client relationships and maintain alignment throughout delivery
Key requirements - Bachelor’s degree
- At least four years in project management, client management, consulting, or professional services
- Professional fluency in French and English
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience supporting account growth or strategic client relationships (preferred)
- PMP or PRINCE2 or comparable certification (preferred)
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and outcomes (preferred)
- On-site commitment at Gallup’s London office at least three days per week
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom (not eligible for visa sponsorship)
- Operational mindset and ability to create systems in complex environments
- Trusted advisory credibility and confident communication
- Strategic thinking linking project details to business objectives
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
- Experience with AI tools to improve productivity and client outcomes (preferred)
