Overview As a Project Manager in network infrastructure, you plan and deliver large installations (wireline, wireless, IP services, etc.) within scope and budget. You will align with business strategy and cross-functional teams to drive mid-term impact on the business unit. You handle design reviews, site readiness, and deployment progress, ensuring compliance and timely approvals. The role blends hands-on delivery with governance, risk, and stakeholder coordination, offering scale and strategic impact within a global telecom context.
Responsibilities - Plan, design and implement projects within budget, scope, and timelines per processes
- Review business requirements from Product teams and guide design implications with engineering
- Define tasks and resources, track deliverables
- Coordinate site readiness for ramp-up of resources and infrastructure
- Monitor site deployment progress with detailed activity plans
- Coordinate with teams for service-impacting event schedules and obtain sign-off
- Review site audits and ensure compliance including commercial terms
- Engage vendors, contractors, and authorities to obtain deployment permits
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders
- Manage scope changes with predefined approval processes
- Ensure readiness for audits and compliance with standards
- Possibly lead a large project team
Key requirements - 15-20 years of infrastructure project management experience
- PMI-PMP certification
- Knowledge of network technology and infrastructure
