You will lead multiple AI projects across functions, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deploy scalable AI solutions. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple strategic AI projects
- Define scope, requirements and success metrics with sponsors and AI Centre of Excellence
- Deliver enterprise-scale AI initiatives across functions within time, budget, and outcomes
- Coordinate internal and external delivery teams for successful AI deployment
- Engage stakeholders across Technology, Finance, HR, Operations and Governance
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, status reports, and executive communications
- Establish testing, validation and adoption approaches for reliable, compliant solutions
- Monitor delivery performance, adoption, and value realisation from concept to production
- Contribute to standards, tools, templates and best practices for scaling AI across WPP
- Mentor project managers and promote delivery excellence
Key requirements - Significant experience delivering complex technology, data or transformation programs
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and partners in large-scale programs
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Copilot family and related AI tooling
- Experience with AI development and orchestration platforms (Python multi-agent frameworks, Databricks, Google Vertex AI, open agent tooling)
- Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance and change management
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and communicating with executives
- Strong commercial awareness including budget management and vendor oversight
- Experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban or scaled delivery environments
- Excellent organizational, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
