Overview As a Sr. Project Manager, you lead large, complex technical initiatives within a professional services setting. Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day, multi-stream projects with complex scope
- Create in-depth WBS with interdependencies and defined critical path
- Develop and execute internal/external communication plans for all management levels
- Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders
- Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships
- Plan and allocate resources across a portfolio of projects
- Leverage PM tools and techniques to improve execution and drive efficiencies
- Implement engagement reviews and QA procedures per methodology
- Ensure profitable and successful execution aligned to regional goals and customer feedback
- Proactively manage scope changes and risk management plans
- Analyze profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects
- Ensure deliverables are quality-focused and delivered on time across projects
Key requirements - 8+ years of progressive experience in a related field
