Responsibilities - Embed a robust breakdown structure by integrating data from controls functions
- Coordinate and lead estimating sessions to establish a market-tested cost baseline
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions to create an achievable master schedule baseline
- Understand procurement lead times and prioritise ordering to meet install dates
- Manage risk management with qualitative and quantitative assessments for cost and schedule predictability
- Stakeholder management with sign-off on baseline and regular progress updates
- Maintain update processes for schedule, interfaces, cost, risk and changes
- Guide principal contractor and client to drive delivery and cash flow KPIs
- Control costs with conceptual estimating, funding stage gates, contingency principles, procurement principles
- Control the master program with quality checks on client and contractor updates
- Lead change management workflow for tracking and approving changes
- Identify trends and root causes of deviations and report remedial actions to maximise client value
Key requirements - Proven experience delivering Controls in a major project/programme environment
- Experience managing a multi-functional controls team
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Power BI, Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up work processes
- Knowledge of engineering and construction management
- Experience leading collaborative workshops
- Reliable to work autonomously and in a team
