Responsibilities - Lead and manage all project quality assurance activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Own quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements
- Implement and maintain quality management systems and project quality plans
- Oversee manufacturing quality activities, inspections, audits, and verifications
- Drive process assurance to meet contractual, customer, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor, analyse, and report quality KPIs to project and senior management
- Manage quality communications with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Support supplier quality reviews and resolve non-conformances
- Promote continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing across teams
- Provide leadership and guidance to quality personnel to foster a quality culture
Key requirements - Proven experience in a Project Quality Manager or similar leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, energy, or nuclear environments
- Leading project quality assurance and process assurance activities
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder relationship skills
- Experience managing manufacturing quality programmes and supplier quality
- Analytical and reporting skills, including KPI monitoring and Excel
- Knowledge of welding procedures, quality records, and technical documentation
- Understanding of RCCM requirements and ISO 9001; ISO 19443 preferred
