Responsibilities - Manage commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects from start to completion
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitor programme performance and address issues proactively
- Ensure high standards of quality throughout the lifecycle
- Chair site meetings and provide progress updates
- Manage health and safety compliance across on-site activities
