Overview In this role you lead infrastructure projects and programmes, guiding delivery from planning through to completion. You will partner with clients and diverse teams to meet objectives, manage contracts and controls, and uphold safety and quality standards. You’ll tackle complex problems, drive solutions under pressure, and mentor project teams. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position within a globally operating advisory firm.
Responsibilities - Lead infrastructure projects and programmes across the lifecycle
- Manage contracts, client objectives and project controls
- Provide leadership and build cohesive project teams
- Oversee financial management and budgeting for projects
- Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental standards
- Plan, communicate across multiple work streams and senior client representatives
- Develop and mentor teams on large projects or programmes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain trusted advisor relationships
- Navigate challenging environments and ambiguous scenarios with a growth mindset
