Overview In this role you will combine project management with business analysis to support Defence and National Security commissions. You’ll work within the Digital consulting team and with wider Turner & Townsend project teams, engaging clients and stakeholders to deliver structured outputs and decisions. You will help shape BAU services, support data-driven decision making, and contribute to new commercial opportunities. This is a cross-functional role with frequent client interaction and potential global project delivery.

Responsibilities - Scope and implement best-practice Business Analysis methodologies in client environments to deliver measurable value
- Document As-Is processes and systems, define To-Be states and perform gap analyses
- Elicit, capture and prioritise requirements; manage backlogs across workstreams
- Coordinate data capture, validation and support data analysts in model production
- Analyze model outputs, generate reports, and enable client decision making
- Test systems and models against requirements and conduct assurance checks
- Prepare project communications and progress reports; liaise with clients, contractors and designers
- Support growth of the Digital Business Analysis service offering and coach junior colleagues
Key requirements - Consultancy experience in the National Security sector with appropriate clearances
- BCS or IIBA qualifications (desirable) or extensive equivalent experience
- Knowledge of data security protocols, data lineage and validation
- Experience with Agile development teams
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, SharePoint; cloud services
- Ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills; ability to present data visually
