Overview As a senior member of the Project Office & Business Management team, you enable project success and provide high‑quality financial information to support informed business decisions. You will implement and govern processes, tools, and controls while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professionalism. The role sits within Global Program Management, supporting numerous PMO and BM tasks across a global, cross‑functional team. You will drive efficiency, policy translation, and risk controls to help projects align with standards and strategic objectives. This is an impact role for shaping governance and performance in a large financial services organization.
Responsibilities - Govern portfolio governance, audit readiness, and project alignment with standards and objectives
- Administer and optimize project tracking and portfolio management tools, including data quality and reporting
- Translate firmwide policy changes into recommended processes (e.g., Internal Risk Assessment, Record Retention)
- Govern and improve GPM procedures, ensuring compliance with project standards and control points
- Support business management processes: analysis, reporting, resiliency planning, inter-affiliate service agreements
- Stay current with project innovation toolsets and team tooling
- Lead training initiatives to promote controls and best practices across the team
- Focus on lean, controlled processes and overall efficiency
