Overview As a Project Manager in our Central London office, you will lead high-quality occupier fit-out projects from inception to completion. You will work within the occupier fit-out team to drive governance, planning, budgets, and client satisfaction, contributing to our growth and 2025 vision. You’ll collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver outcomes that meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities - Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with the client and stakeholders
- Establish governance, processes, and systems ensuring QA, safety, and ESG compliance
- Develop and monitor a detailed project plan; track progress, performance, and risks
- Manage budget and resources; ensure timely invoicing and reporting
- Coordinate with project team, client, and consultants throughout the lifecycle
- Prepare and present regular progress reports with achievements, issues, and recommendations
- Lead problem resolution and facilitate conflict resolution
- Ensure delivery of outcomes meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of services
Key requirements - Degree-level education
- Construction/property related academic qualification (could be the degree)
- Ideally professionally qualified or working towards professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
- Experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in a consultancy environment
- Excellent project management skills: planning, budgeting, monitoring, reporting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
