Overview In this role you will lead global cybersecurity initiatives across control areas such as PAM, IGA, IAA, security operations and data protection. You will guide cross‑functional teams and partners to deliver strategic projects in a high‑visibility, matrixed financial services environment. You drive risk management, budgeting and governance while aligning delivery with business objectives. Responsibilities - Lead global, multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver cybersecurity projects and programs
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define expected benefits and outcomes
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies for project success
- Develop and manage project schedules, estimates and task assignments
- Escalate conflicts and ensure timely resolutions in delivery
- Create status reports and maintain project artifacts per delivery methodology
- Develop project charters and communication plans; engage cross‑impacted stakeholders
- Define project scope, manage changes, and ensure alignment with objectives
- Oversee project budgets and financial forecasts; optimize spend
- Allocate resources, monitor performance, and provide feedback to leadership
- Identify process improvements; harmonize governance standards and adopt new tools
- Promote best practices for program delivery and governance
Key requirements - 10+ years overall experience in Financial Services with 5+ years leading high‑visibility technology projects
- Cybersecurity project management experience across PAM, IGA, IAA, Data Protection, Security Operations, or Attack Surface Management
- Experience in a matrixed organization and complex cross‑discipline projects
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and stakeholder alignment skills
- Superior communication skills (oral and written) for diverse audiences
- Initiative and proactive improvement mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Analytical skills to analyze data, trends and inform decisions
- Financial management experience with project budgets $250K–$3M
- Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) and demand/capacity management
- Proficiency with MS Project, Azure DevOps Boards, Clarity PPM, MS Office 365, PowerBI/Tableau
- College degree; MBA a plus; PMP certification preferred
