Overview In this role you will drive delivery of high-profile fintech trading projects, focusing on cross-bank trading data and fixed income initiatives. You will lead stakeholders from Tier 1 banks and coordinate with BAs, developers and QA to ensure shared understanding and on-time releases. You’ll own requirements and prioritization from Day 1, shaping messaging formats and delivery scope. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that offers rapid progression in a trading technology environment.

Responsibilities - Manage multiple high-level financial projects
- Lead key stakeholders to achieve business programme goals
- Active requirement gathering (1:1 or workshops)
- Support bi-weekly software releases
- Define and prioritize solution behavior to meet business requirements
- Design, define and propose messaging protocol formats
- Validate requirements with client BAs, development and QA teams
- Day 1 involvement in a cross-bank trading data and delivery project (fixed income)
Key requirements - 2+ years’ experience in IT Finance vendor/consultancy
- Prince2 certification
- Experience in PM/Project Management or Business Analysis
- Solid experience with technology and Agile
- Experience in project management best practices (planning, risk and issue management, resource allocation)
- Background or understanding of trading or financial technology
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders from tier 1 banks
