Senior Project Manager, Multifamily Construction
Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | $155,000 to $200,000 DOE + Bonus
Lucid Search Group is partnering with a well-established general contractor in the Phoenix market to find a Senior Project Manager with deep multifamily experience. This is a confidential search.
The Opportunity
You'll lead multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning schedule, budget, and client relationships. Our client is looking for a hands-on leader who can keep projects safe, on time, and profitable while working closely with owners, design teams, trade partners, and field leadership.
What You'll Do
- Own every phase of the project, including planning, scheduling, buyout, cost control, and closeout.
- Build and manage detailed schedules and keep projects on track against key milestones.
- Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams, partnering closely with superintendents to solve problems quickly.
- Review drawings, specs, and contracts to make sure the work aligns with scope.
- Manage budgets, cost reports, pay applications, and change orders.
- Spot risk early and put a plan in place before it becomes an issue.
- Run OAC and subcontractor meetings and keep leadership informed on status, financials, and schedule.
- Keep documentation clean, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure all work meets code, safety requirements, and quality standards.
What You Bring
- 7+ years managing multifamily construction projects, including podium, wrap, and/or garden style.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong command of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to run multiple projects at once.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- $155,000 to $190,000 base, depending on experience
