Marketing Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level Marketing Project Manager with strong advertising/creative agency experience to join a fast-paced marketing organization supporting integrated campaigns across creative, editorial, production, digital, paid media, and other internal teams.
This person will be responsible for keeping complex marketing initiatives organized and moving from concept through execution , managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, resources, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
The ideal candidate has experience working in an agency or highly collaborative creative environment and knows how to keep multiple workstreams moving while holding teams accountable to deadlines.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple integrated marketing and creative projects from intake through completion
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones
- Coordinate across Creative, Editorial, Production, Digital/Social, Paid Media, and other stakeholders
- Lead project kickoffs, creative reviews, status meetings, and workflow discussions
- Track action items, risks, roadblocks, approvals, and outstanding deliverables
- Route creative and marketing assets through review and approval processes
- Monitor project status, team capacity, and deadlines
- Identify potential issues before they impact project timelines
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Help prioritize competing projects and resources
- Keep teams aligned and accountable throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant marketing, creative project management, account management, or marketing operations experience
- Strong advertising or creative agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience managing integrated marketing and creative campaigns
- Demonstrated ownership of project timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience with project management/workflow platforms; Wrike experience is highly preferred
- Strong cross-functional communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and multiple internal stakeholders
- Confident, collaborative, polished, and solutions-oriented communication style
- Ability to hold stakeholders accountable while maintaining strong working relationships
- PMP or other project management certifications are not required

What the Work Looks Like
Think of a major content or entertainment launch with an integrated marketing campaign surrounding it.
While one team is focused on production, Marketing may simultaneously be coordinating creative development, paid media, digital/social, promotional assets, messaging, approvals, launch timelines, and other deliverables.
This role serves as the central project-management connection point across those workstreams, making sure timelines stay on track and nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll be responsible for organizing project intake and prioritization, building schedules, coordinating resources, facilitating kickoffs and reviews, tracking approvals, identifying roadblocks, communicating status, and driving projects through completion.
Important Environment Information
This opportunity is with an organization operating within the conservative media and entertainment space . Candidates do not need to personally share the organization's political viewpoints, but they should be aware of and genuinely comfortable working within this type of professional environment.
The role is also 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, in Berry Hill/Nashville , with significant collaboration across Marketing, Creative, Editorial, Production, and leadership.
