Job Title: Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead – Enterprise Applications (Oracle ERP)
Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid)

Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years of experience in IT/Technical Project Management or Delivery Leadership
- Strong Enterprise Applications / Oracle ERP project experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP integrations (inbound/outbound)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle EBS
- Strong WBS, project planning, milestones, dependencies, RAID, risk & resource management
- Experience taking over in-flight projects , identifying gaps, and driving them to completion
- Strong stakeholder management, escalation, and executive reporting skills
- Ability to manage technical teams and business stakeholders and drive accountability
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Technical PM / Delivery Lead who can bring structure to active Oracle ERP projects, manage risks/dependencies, and drive predictable delivery.
