🚀 AI Project Manager | Hybrid – New York, NY
Client is looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead high-impact AI initiatives across Marketing & Communications. You’ll connect business priorities with technical delivery teams and drive projects from idea and scoping through build, pilot, adoption, and measurable business value.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and delivery decisions across multiple AI initiatives.
- Coordinate business, engineering, data, architecture, security, vendors, and distributed teams.
- Partner with business owners to define requirements, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and expected outcomes.
- Drive responsible AI delivery, including human oversight, privacy, security, compliance, and governance.
- Lead pilots, testing, implementation, change management, adoption, and operational handoff.
What You Bring:
- Significant experience leading complex technology, data, digital, automation, or AI initiatives.
- Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Practical understanding of AI delivery, data quality, integrations, validation, privacy, security, and responsible AI.
- Experience managing distributed teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus.
