Teleion is looking for a Marketing Technical Project Manager to join our team! Successful candidates will have experience translating technical execution into well-scoped project plans and can confidently partner across technical and business stakeholders to keep complex initiatives on track.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role supports a marketing operations function and closes a critical gap on the team: translating technical execution (APIs, integrations, scoping) into real, appropriately-scoped project plans, and confidently pushing back when a plan is over- or under-engineered — without needing to be a subject-matter expert in every underlying technology. This person operates a level above a scrum/agile lead, owning the full project view end-to-end rather than sprint-level execution, with time split between documenting and unblocking active issues and proactively anticipating risk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale website content migration, ensuring accountability for scope, progress, and completion across several hundred pages.
- Design and operationalize the content approval framework, orchestrating review across compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to achieve timely sign-off.
- Direct agile planning and delivery for the content workstream, aligning priorities and dependencies across product and implementation partner teams.
- Maintain authoritative visibility into migration progress, ensuring leadership and partners have a reliable, current view of status and risk.
- Define and govern the approach for content continuity while legacy and new platforms operate in parallel.
- Oversee content user acceptance testing, driving disciplined defect resolution and readiness for launch.
- Deliver clear, decision-oriented status reporting to senior stakeholders, surfacing risks and escalating blockers proactively.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven leadership of an enterprise CMS migration of significant scale, from strategy and planning through launch.
- Demonstrated success navigating compliance and legal review processes within a regulated environment, maintaining momentum through complex approval cycles.
- Exceptional rigor in managing large, detailed delivery portfolios with a high degree of accuracy and ownership.
- Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams, technical partners, and senior leadership.
- Deep experience with agile delivery practices in a program or workstream leadership capacity.
- Proficiency with enterprise work management platforms such as monday.com or comparable tools..
