We are a roofing and exteriors company with a mission to serve our community through excellent quality and customer service.

What you'll be doing

Own the full sales cycle — discovery, demo or estimate, close, and handoff
Hit daily activity targets that compound into monthly quota
Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$36K annualized)
Year 1: Top quartile clears $450K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we're looking for

Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
Positive minded, disciplined, driven, goal oriented. Willing to work within a team
Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission

Why this beats the average posting

Company culture, elite in-house sales training program, six figure plus earning potential within first year, upward mobility with a clear path that can be attained by everyone.
