Overview In this role you take end-to-end ownership of technology-enabled projects, guiding teams to deliver on time, budget and quality while meeting contractual commitments. You’ll build trusted client relationships and shape delivery approaches within CGI’s collaborative network. The role emphasizes practical hands-on leadership, Agile or hybrid delivery, and continuous improvement to drive meaningful business impact. This is a senior delivery role with scope to influence governance, risk management, and client outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end delivery of one or more standalone technology projects (200k–2m TCV)
- Own and control scope, budget, forecasting, and financial performance
- Plan and estimate to develop robust delivery plans
- Facilitate sprint planning, cadence, and dependency management
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and corrective actions
- Engage and influence clients through governance and change control
- Coach multi-disciplinary teams to achieve high performance
- Uphold CGI delivery, quality, security, and governance standards
Key requirements - Proven experience delivering software projects (200k–2m) with full lifecycle and financial accountability
- Hands-on Agile and/or hybrid delivery experience
- Confident use of Jira and MS Project
- Foundation-level Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalent)
- Experience across delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, consultancy)
