Compensation:
$240,000 - $725,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Netflix Ads’ Laboratory Infrastructure.
- Design and maintain a robust laboratory infrastructure for ad inventory and audience targeting experiments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products that meet customer requirements.
- Manage the product roadmap balancing short-term and long-term goals.
- Develop self-monitoring systems for high availability and performance.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven track record in launching foundational technology.
- Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and data privacy.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with legal compliance in advertising regulations.
