Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and optimizing selection in e-commerce? Amazon Singapore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Selection Growth Program Manager to lead our efforts in expanding and optimizing our product selection across multiple channels.
As Selection Growth PM, you will play a crucial role in growing our local selection offering, working closely with retail and third party teams to drive strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.

- Be able to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment

- Have experience in data-driven decision making and strategic planning
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow local selection
- Own and manage the channel-agnostic priority leads hit list, identifying key brands and addressing blockers
- Drive accountability for selection addition goals across teams
- Optimize selection growth in challenging spaces, such as low Average Selling Price (ASP) items
- Enforce and evolve Amazon Standard of Brands (ASB) processes to ensure smooth channel operations
- Lead initiatives to increase domestic Fast Track ASINs Creation (FTAC) in partnership with 3P selection teams
- Develop and implement optimal format models for specific product categories (e.g., Everyday Essentials)
- Design and implement graduation models for transitioning selection between channels.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
