Job Description:
- Will work under the direction of a senior-level Project/Program Manager to help coordinate with cross-functional teams tracking schedules and progress, holding teams accountable and driving action, etc.
- Assists with cross-functional projects resulting in on-time and successful delivery, improved processes and highly satisfied customers.
- Manage multiple projects across various departments, including engineering, product development, program management, marketing and sales, ensuring alignment with the program's goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with Project/Program Managers and team members to plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities and deliverables.
- Communicate project status, issues, risks and recommendations to senior team members and stakeholders, using various tools and methods, such as dashboards, reports and presentations.
- Implement and enforce project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall, to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks and conflicts, and escalate critical matters to the appropriate parties.
- Evaluate project performance and outcomes, as well as provide feedback and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
