Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a Master Data Management (MDM) system. This role requires strong project management skills, familiarity with MDM tools, and the ability to manage complex system integrations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be assertive, organized, and capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee MDM implementation and integration with existing ERP and CRM systems
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Facilitate workshops for project discovery, planning, and execution
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Maintain RACI matrices and document action items
- Prepare and distribute weekly status reports
- Lead Agile Scrum meetings and support iterative development
- Coordinate resource forecasting and project closure activities
- Partner with system integrators and internal teams to ensure successful delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6–10 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise projects
- Foundational understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) tools
- Proven experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work onsite 4 days per week and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and MDM system implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Stibo MDM
- Familiarity with ERP systems and downstream applications
- Experience in retail or consumer product environments
- Professional certifications such as PMP®, PgMP®, Prince2, or Six Sigma
