Video Producer, Delivery (Remote)

In this role, you will utilize your deep expertise of video post production, project delivery, and localization to successfully deliver video content for our group. You’ll act as the delivery point person for the video team and key liaison between production, marketing infrastructure, and international teams, to ensure accurate project scoping, keep projects on track, and ensure teams are aware of upcoming priorities.

Key Qualifications:

You have 10+ of experience, with one year experience as a lead or a management expertise in production, program or project management within a creative environment.
Experience with managing large, complex, evolving projects is critical to this role. You can accommodate and assess rapid change and proactively problem solve within dynamic conditions, with proven effectiveness working under pressure.
You have strong written and verbal and interpersonal skills, an appreciation of the creative development process, and an ability to manage through diplomacy.
You are comfortable managing multiple efforts and work streams at a time, have experience tracking and prepping deliverables for localization, and are familiar with digital video asset production and delivery
You have experience contributing to the creation of project schedules, scoping detailed project deliverables lists, and tracking the production of deliverables.

Description:

Work with video and motion producers on project planning and file structure.
Manage ongoing updates to the project deliverables list throughout the life of the project.
Develop, revise, and distribute schedules for high volumes of diverse projects from full scale product launches to smaller quick turn projects.
Manage end-to-end production of localized videos and track localization efforts and status, serving as the direct liaison between production and our international partners.
Route production files to relevant parties for reviews and approvals, ensuring key project checkpoints are met.
Primary point of final asset preparation with Encoding & Accessibility resources, dependent on deliverable and platform.
Hand off final deliverables to our platforms, distribution channels, and global partners.
Key parts of the role include risk assessment and identifying and communicating priorities and bottlenecks.
Consistently reevaluate workflow for efficiencies and identify tool opportunity for the group. Represent Video delivery needs for the Video Tools team, Marcom Tools team, Marcom Localization Ops team as needed.

Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
