Planview Implementation Project Manager
Location: Remote

Role Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Project Manager for a 12-18 month contract. This role will support the implementation and adoption of a project management enterprise tool (Planview). The objective is for the Project Manager to own the improvement process and drive user adoption of the tool as it moves from the pilot phase into broader use. The position will work during Pacific Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-user rollout and adoption of the Planview enterprise tool.
- Collaborate with a partner Project Manager who will run the development sprints.
- Ensure business group requirements are effectively captured and prioritized for sprints.
- Oversee the implementation of improvements and manage the second-round rollout process.
- Facilitate the transition from the pilot phase to full adoption, addressing feedback from UAT.
- Drive business process improvements related to the tool's implementation.
Required Qualifications
Experience: More than 5 years of professional experience in project management.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with using and supporting the development of Planview or a similar enterprise tool.
- Experience working with developers on enterprise system rollouts.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in business process development and improvement.
- Understanding of the corporate challenges associated with a large-scale tool rollout.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with our organization.
- A proactive approach and the ability to operate independently.
- Ability to bring a fresh perspective to process improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $45.00 and $65.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, experience, and location.
