Project Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR
Contract length: ~12 months
Schedule: Hybrid in Beaverton, OR (WFH on Fridays; some Fridays in office depending on business needs)
Pay: $50-55.64/hr, DOE
The Planet Group is looking for a Project Manager to join our well-known retail brand on a roughly 12-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will be hybrid in Beaverton, OR, working from home on Fridays, with some Fridays in office depending on business needs.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience (ideally more) in a project management position
- Attention and love of details with ability to pull up to define the bigger picture
- Self-starter, flexible thinker and outstanding communicator, as well as comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities and perspectives at all levels
- Strong facilitation skills, including ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progress
- Thrives on driving clarity at the heart the organizational matrices
- Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
- PMP certification nice to have, not required
- Systems thinker with proven experience in operational excellence.
- Airtable is a plus
- Ability to “fly at multiple altitudes”; can see big picture while still noticing small details, etc.
- Has lead cross functional projects in the past
- Can negotiate with multiple personalities and can coordinate communications between teams successfully
