Experienced ERP Project Manager with proven expertise in leading end-to-end ERP implementation, migration, rollout, upgrade, and transformation projects using JD Edwards (JDE) or other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring successful delivery and business adoption. JDE experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and governance.
- Coordinate business, IT, and vendor teams to deliver project objectives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Drive risk, issue, and change management processes.
- Oversee data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
- Ensure successful go-live, hypercare support, and transition to operations.
- Promote process standardization, business transformation, and ERP best practices.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of project management experience with at least 5 years managing ERP implementations.
- Experience delivering projects in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP solutions.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution processes.
- Experience managing implementation in UK.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
