Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead transformative business initiatives in

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and effective resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to senior management and all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on business transformation, process improvement, or change management projects.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A relevant Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Experience working within a regulated industry is a plus.
