About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple aviation projects simultaneously.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Effectively manage project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and aviation industry standards.
- Facilitate remote team collaboration through effective communication and the use of project management tools.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost control and forecasting accuracy.
- Conduct project post-mortems and implement lessons learned for future projects.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years specifically within the aviation industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex aviation projects.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Strong understanding of aviation operations, regulations, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote teams.
