About the Role
Our client, a venture capital firm specialising in funding and supporting innovative tech startups, is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Remote Project Manager. This role is crucial in guiding their portfolio companies through critical development phases and ensuring successful product launches. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple tech startup clients remotely.
- Collaborate closely with founders, development teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Implement and manage agile methodologies to facilitate iterative development and rapid iteration.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Facilitate remote team communication and collaboration using various digital tools.

- Provide guidance on best practices for project management, product development, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and the venture capital firm.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on technology and software development projects, preferably within startups or fast-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Exceptional remote communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
