About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of SaaS implementation projects for global clients, from discovery and planning to deployment and post-launch support.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and manage project scope, budget, and resources effectively.
- Lead and motivate remote project teams, fostering strong collaboration and communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
- Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions for client teams on the SaaS platform.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and best practices, driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and product development teams to ensure client success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on SaaS implementations or software deployment projects.
- Proven experience managing remote teams and working effectively in a distributed environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and implementation best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
