About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for energy sector projects.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, technical specialists, and external contractors.
- Oversee the planning, design, procurement, and construction phases of energy projects.
- Ensure projects comply with all relevant industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
- Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Track project progress, manage changes, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Manage project finances, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the energy sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy), Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with specific experience in the energy sector (renewable energy preferred).
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and environmental considerations in the energy industry.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
