About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.

- Implement and refine agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize workflow.

- Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Technical Project Manager in software development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and practices.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Git.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
