About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Telecoms Project Manager to lead significant network deployment and infrastructure projects in Bradford . This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex telecommunications projects on time and within budget. You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution and closure, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to quality standards. Working within a collaborative environment, this position offers the unique advantage of hybrid working , blending office-based collaboration with the flexibility of remote work, based out of our Bradford hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale telecommunications projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry .
- Proven experience managing projects involving network infrastructure, fiber deployment, or wireless solutions.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
