About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end aviation projects, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across different locations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure all projects adhere to aviation regulations , company policies, and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and manage changes to project scope.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a significant portion focused on the aviation or aerospace sector .
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead virtual teams effectively in a fully remote capacity.
