Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle for new Fintech products and services , from ideation to market launch.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical, business, compliance, and product teams.
- Ensure all projects adhere to strict regulatory compliance requirements within the financial services sector.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations critical to product development.
- Drive continuous improvement in project methodologies and team performance, embracing agile principles.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on Fintech or financial services technology.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex technology products, ideally in the financial sector.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to financial services (e.g., GDPR, FCA regulations).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
