Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software development projects simultaneously.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) for distributed teams.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members across different time zones.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets, proactively managing any deviations.
- Collaborate with product managers and technical leads to define project requirements and technical specifications.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on software development projects.
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
