About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Project Manager to lead Agile delivery initiatives. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and successful execution of projects within a distributed team environment. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and sprint execution to delivery and retrospectives, fostering collaboration and communication across remote team members. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple Agile projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop project plans, track progress, manage resources, and control project budgets remotely.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies within a distributed team context.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, regardless of location.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies and remote project delivery .
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead distributed teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, adapted for virtual collaboration.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
