About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with expertise in E-commerce to join their Norwich office. This is an on-site role focused on driving the development and enhancement of their online retail platforms. You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of e-commerce projects, ensuring seamless integration of new features, optimization of user experience, and successful campaign execution. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects, including website redesigns, platform integrations, and new feature rollouts.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with marketing, IT, and operations teams.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure resource allocation is optimized for successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely project completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully managing digital projects from inception to launch.
- Good understanding of e-commerce technologies, online marketing, and user experience (UX) principles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and e-commerce analytics tools.
