About the Role
Our client is seeking an organized and experienced Telecoms Project Manager to oversee key projects within their growing operations in Edinburgh . Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of telecom projects , from initiation and planning through to execution and closure.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and task completion.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager , ideally within the telecommunications sector.
- Demonstrable success in managing complex technical projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a significant advantage.
