About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead diverse drug development projects from initiation through to completion in Plymouth . This hybrid role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical lifecycle. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for pharmaceutical development projects.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GCP).
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates to senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and manage project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex drug development projects.
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process, including R&D, clinical trials, and regulatory affairs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively in a hybrid work setting.
