About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned and highly organized Remote Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of critical enterprise solutions . This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK. You will take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through to execution, monitoring, and successful closure. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in autonomous work environments, possesses strong communication skills to bridge geographical distances, and is adept at driving complex projects to completion with precision and efficiency, contributing to the company's strategic objectives without the need for a physical office presence in Southampton .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise-level projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and scheduling, for projects executed remotely .
- Coordinate and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, including software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication channels with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of enterprise solutions, managing change effectively across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management , with a strong emphasis on delivering enterprise-level software or IT solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects with significant budgets and complex interdependencies.
- Proficiency with various project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, adapted for a fully remote work environment .
- Experience utilizing remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
