About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager specializing in construction projects for their operations in Portsmouth . This role is critical for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of various building and infrastructure projects from the ground up. You will manage site operations, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and maintain project timelines and budgets. This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring a strong presence and leadership within the construction environment in Portsmouth .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design through to completion and handover.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the specified quality standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions to address delays or issues.

Requirements
