About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their team based in Plymouth . This role is responsible for overseeing architectural projects from initial concept and client liaison through to final completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage project teams, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with regulatory bodies. We are looking for a results-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills, who can effectively manage multiple priorities and foster collaborative relationships within the Devon architectural community. This hybrid role offers flexibility between office and site-based work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects through all project phases, from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate the work of architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, planning policies, and health and safety legislation.
Requirements
- A professional qualification in Architecture or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in architectural project management.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
