About the Role
Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead critical projects within a fully remote -first organization. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure within a remote framework.
- Develop detailed project plans, establishing clear objectives, scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget requirements for globally distributed teams.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies, implementing robust mitigation strategies tailored for virtual environments.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among geographically dispersed team members and stakeholders using advanced virtual tools and platforms.
- Ensure the consistent application of project management best practices and methodologies across all assigned projects, promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements
- Over 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a proven ability to manage large-scale, complex initiatives from inception to completion.
- Extensive experience working in and leading fully remote teams is essential.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management techniques.
- Strong proficiency with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, highly adaptable to a virtual setting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is highly preferred.
