About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines.
- Manage project teams, providing clear direction, motivation, and support to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners, providing regular progress updates and reports.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing diverse projects, with at least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Prince2.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented approach.
