About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Telecoms Project Manager to lead critical network infrastructure projects from their fully remote base. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex telecommunications projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills. You will have the autonomy to drive projects forward, working with dispersed teams and ensuring successful outcomes in a dynamic remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize telecommunications projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and schedules.
- Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote work culture.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create lessons learned to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in telecoms project management .
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale network infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and deployment lifecycles.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
